- Strengthened the Hyperplane NFV platform, powering critical AWS services (NLB, NAT Gateway, S3, Lambda, Private Link, EFS) by helping introduce new customer-centric features, conducting rigorous testing, and enhancing monitoring capabilities.
- Streamlined instance migration by developing an automated workflow, reducing a labor-intensive 14-step process for migrating one fleet to a single step capable of migrating multiple fleets of instances efficiently.
- Spearheaded the design utilizing CDK and CloudWatch to automate the creation of monitors and alarms for our services in new regions and zones, thereby eliminating a previously code-intensive process and enhancing efficiency in onboarding new infrastructure components.
- Implemented a software feature for smooth and reliable rollout of new features and code changes, reducing customer impact and enabling quick rollback if needed.
- Developed a Python-based protobuf snapshot generation framework, facilitating tailored snapshot creation for diverse test cases.
